UBTECH's smart logistics subsidiary, UQI, recently signed a contract with Tianqi Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. (Tianqi). Tianqi will purchase UBTECH's Walker S series of industrial humanoid robots for a total of RMB 30 million, with delivery scheduled for December 31, 2025.
UBTECH and Tianqi have a long-term, close, and mutually beneficial strategic partnership, leveraging the sharing, synergy, and complementarity of their respective resources to drive the high-quality development of "humanoid robots + intelligent manufacturing." In June 2023, UBTECH and Tianqi signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, establishing a deep partnership based on the application of humanoid robots in industrial scenarios such as new energy vehicles, consumer electronics, and smart logistics. The two companies will collaborate on the development of cutting-edge, world-leading humanoid robots and innovative applications of full-cycle solutions. This includes applying humanoid robots to the R&D, production, and manufacturing of products and solutions for industrial manufacturing scenarios, and promoting the practical application of humanoid robots in high-end manufacturing fields such as intelligent automotive manufacturing.
